Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At Red Salon, we highly value the time of our employees and clients. To ensure smooth scheduling, we require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost or $50 (whichever is greater) may be charged.
For no-shows, a fee of 75% of the scheduled service cost or $50 (whichever is greater)will be charged.
We understand that life happens, and certain circumstances are beyond your control. Please communicate with us promptly, as we strive to be reasonable and accommodate our valued clients.

• We do not provide fixed quotes over the phone or online.
• While we can offer an estimated price range, the exact cost can only be determined upon completion of the service, after assessing the specific requirements and products used.
Consultations:
• For a more accurate estimate, we recommend scheduling a complimentary in-salon consultation prior to booking your appointment.
• During this consultation, our stylists will assess your hair and discuss your desired results to provide a more precise price range.
Payment Policy
• Payment is due in full upon completion of services.
• We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
• Please note that gratuities are appreciated and can be given directly to your stylist.

Redo and Fix Policy
Eligibility for Redos/Fixes:
• A redo or fix may be offered if a customer is dissatisfied due to a technical issue or miscommunication during the service.
• The original service must have been performed at Red Salon.
• Requests for redos or fixes must be made within 7 days of the original appointment.
Exclusions:
• Dissatisfaction resulting from a change in personal preferences after the service or decisions made against professional advice.
• Requests for significant alterations or style changes beyond the scope of the original service.
• Services modified by other salons or attempts to fix the issue at home.
Process for Redos/Fixes
Step 1: Contact Red Salon within 7 days of your original appointment via phone, email, or in person.
Step 2: Provide details about the concern, and if possible, include photos for reference.
Step 3: Schedule a consultation with your original stylist to discuss your concerns and determine the best course of action.
Appointment for Redos/Fixes
• Whenever possible, redos will be performed by the original stylist to maintain consistency.
• If the original stylist is unavailable, another qualified team member may be assigned.
• Redos will be scheduled as soon as possible, based on stylist availability.
Cost of Redos/Fixes:
• Redos will be provided at no additional cost if the issue is deemed to result from a technical error.
• If the request involves changes outside the scope of the original service, standard charges may apply.
Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
• If you are unhappy with your service, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue through a redo or adjustment as outlined above.
Finality of Redos
• Redos are intended to address issues from the original service. If dissatisfaction persists after the redo, further steps will require management review.
